N.Y.-N.J. Port Authority names McKeon as harbormaster
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has appointed Patrick J. McKeon as harbormaster for the Port Newark and Port Elizabeth New Jersey Marine Terminals.
McKeon was a principal management analyst for the Port Authority's Port Commerce Department.
As harbormaster, McKeon will be responsible for managing access to public berths, ship schedules, wharfage and dockage, dredging services and security requirements pertaining to public berths.
