Executive Moves: West Calcasieu Port and Broekman Logistics

West Calcasieu Port re-elects board president for another term, while Broekman Logistics appoints managing director of its breakbulk terminal operations.

   West Calcasieu Port, located in Sulphur, La., has re-elected Joseph R. “Dick” Kennison president of its board of commissioners for another one-year term. He’s currently chairman and chief executive officer of Sulphur-based Kennison Forest Products. The five-member port board also re-elected Wilmer Dugas as vice president and Tim Dougherty as secretary/treasurer.

   Broekman Logistics, headquartered at the Port of Rotterdam, has named Rik Pek managing director for its breakbulk terminals. He was previously general manager of Broekman Distriport. Pek started with the company as a management trainee.
