ServiceCraft leases Lone Star location
Buena Park, Calif.-based logistics firm ServiceCraft Logistics has leased 420,000 square feet of industrial space in Lancaster, Texas, from industrial real estate giant ProLogis.
Details of the lease, including duration and cost, were not released.
Denver-based ProLogis said Tuesday that ServiceCraft will use the facility, located about 15 miles south of downtown Dallas, as a regional warehouse and distribution center. The deal follows closely on ServiceCrafts' opening of a 377,000-square-foot cross-dock facility in Grand Prarie, Texas, in December.
ServiceCraft leases more than 173,000 square feet of industrial space in Southern California from ProLogis. The firm, which specializes in services to the consumer electronics, automotive, garments and consumer packaged products industries, operates more than 5 million square feet of distribution facilities throughout the United States.
