Matson Integrated Logistics buys Aquitaine
Concord, Calif.-based Matson Integrated Logistics has acquired Aquitaine Assets Ltd., a freight transportation management and technology company, for an undisclosed amount.
Aquitaine’s four founding partners will be retained, as well as the current nine-member management team. In 2004, Aquitaine generated over $20 million in revenue, said Matson.
Matson Integrated Logistics is a subsidiary of Matson Navigation Co., itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.
