The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Adwaj Import Export, Houston (Jamiu A. Adebajo, manager); Amrit Seair Express Private Ltd., New Delhi, India (Satnam S. Sodhi, director); Balikbayan International, Joiliet, Ill. (Edward Anthony R. Baronia, secretary); Roar Logistics, Buffalo, N.Y. (Nancy C. Dempsey, secretary); and Store 1980, El Monte, Calif. (Hong “Jackie” Cheng, member); and an ocean freight forwarder license application from United Moving and Storage, Bremerton, Wash. (Melissa Root, vice president of international logistics).
The agency also received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from American River Logistics, Melville, N.Y. (Sarah Reynolds, vice president); Leeward USA, New York (Abbas S. Azher, vice president); Sea Cargo, Long Beach, Calif. (Shane J. Kennedy, president); and Versatile International Corp., El Monte, Calif. (Jie Chen, chief executive officer); for a business structure change from Chau Thai, Hayward, Calif. (Chau L. Thai, president) to Transpacific Global Logistics Corp.; and for the addition of trade names Rolasa Miami and Aqua Logistics from Krystal Logistics USA, Miami (Andres E. Valdano, president).
