USTR determines that Sierra Leone meets AGOA conditions
The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that Sierra Leone is eligible for textile and apparel trade benefits of the 2000 African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).
The agency said the West African nation has implemented an effective visa system and related procedures to prevent the unlawful transshipment and use of counterfeit documents in connection with shipments of textile and apparel articles.
