Columbia Coastal names Castro as group CFO
Robert W. Castro has been named chief financial officer of the Columbia Group of Cos., a Liberty Corner, N.J. group whose holdings include container barge carrier Columbia Coastal Transport LLC.
Castro was vice president, finance and administration, for Columbia Coastal Transport. He has been with the company since 1994.
The Columbia Group of Cos. includes Columbia Coastal Transport, which operates container barges along the U.S. Atlantic coast; Columbia Container Services, a container repair and lease management company; and Columbia Intermodal, a trucking unit.
