DANZAS AND GRINDROD END COOPERATION IN SOUTH AFRICA
Danzas has ended its contract with exclusive handling agent Grindrod in South Africa and will move its operation in that area in-house, effective April 15.
Previously, the Danzas office in South Africa had been operating as a sales delegation office offering only forwarding services and outsourced other services to Grindrod, the large South Africa forwarding group.
Following the takeover of Air Express International by Deutsche Post, the parent company of Danzas, the activities of Danzas will now be assumed by Danzas AEI (SA) (Pty) Ltd.
