Executive Moves: MacroPoint and Bibby Ship Management

MacroPoint hires new VP, while Bibby Ship Management names safety and quality director.

   Cleveland-based freight tracking software developer MacroPoint has hired Dave Halsema as vice president. Halsema most recently served as vice president of sales operations at Total Quality Logistics, a large freight broker.

   Bibby Ship Management has appointed Donald Macfarlane director in charge of managing and developing safety, health, environment and quality initiatives. Macfarlane previously worked at Archer as a quality and safety manager.
