GATX ELOGISTICS PARTNERS WITH ESUPPORTNOW

   GATX eLogistics, the Jacksonville, Fla.-based provider of integrated e-commerce fulfillment services, has announced a reciprocal “one-stop” partnership with eSupportNow, a provider of Internet solutions based in Boston.

   To help “e-tailers deliver a superior online shopping experience, we’ve created an end-to-end solution that goes beyond material handling and package management,” said Joseph A. Nicosia, president and chief executive officer of GATX Logistics Inc., the parent company of GATX eLogistics.

   Renan Levy, president and CEO of eSupportNow, said the partnership was a strategy to alleviate customer dissatisfaction with e-tail competition. “Last holiday season,” Levy noted, “many e-tailers were faced with shipping delays, which upset customers.”
