Kenco’s California hub to move from Ontario to Chino
Kenco Logistic Services said Wednesday it has signed a lease to occupy a Class-A 170,671-square-foot free-standing industrial building in the 1.8 million-square-foot master-planned Centerpointe Chino Business Park in Chino, Calif.
The Tennessee-based logistics provider will be relocating from their current 117,000-square-foot facility in Ontario and plans to move into the Chino building in September.
Kenco, which has had a presence in the California Inland Empire for more than 20 years, said the Chino facility will function as the firm’s regional distribution hub for the Greater Los Angeles Basin. The modern food-grade facility will serve customers with a need for overflow, port deconsolidation, value-added services and fulfillment.
