BAX ADDS NEXT-DAY BRAZIL/U.S. MIDWEST FREIGHTER SERVICE
BAX Global Inc. began offering scheduled twice-weekly direct service
between its Toledo, Ohio hub and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The company said the 747 charter is the only direct freighter service
between the U.S. Midwest and Brazil.
The service departs Toledo Wednesday and Sunday and arrives in Sao Paulo in
time for freight to clear customs prior to facility shutdowns on Friday
and by the start of business on Monday.
BAX also offers direct northbound service from Brazil to Miami and
Toledo on Thursday and Monday.
