Miami welcomes new CKYM service
A weekly service from the Far East to the U.S. East Coast provided by members of the CKYH Alliance made its first call at the Port of Miami Monday.
The alliance, which includes Cosco, 'K' Line, Yang Ming Line, and Hanjin Shipping, made its initial call with the Barcelona Bridge, owned by 'K' Line.
The port rotation for the service is Hong Kong, Yantian, Shanghai, Ningbo, Savannah, Charleston, Norfolk, Miami, Hong Kong
'The Port of Miami is very excited to welcome this new service,' acting port director Bill Johnson said.
The service is calling at APM Terminals.
