Sloman Neptun enters U.S./Africa trade
Sloman Neptun, a shipping line based in Bremen, said it will start this month a one-way liner service from the United States to North Africa, using six owned vessels.
The service will call at the U.S. ports of Houston, New Orleans and Camden, and at various ports in Algeria, Tunisia and Libya.
Sloman Neptun said it has appointed Rickmers-Linie America, an affiliate of Hamburg-based Rickmers-Linie, as its U.S. agent.
Sloman Neptun already operated a liner service between North Europe and North Africa.
