RYDER PARTNERS WITH FIRST INDUSTRIAL REALTY TRUST
Ryder System Inc., a Miami-based provider of transportation and logistics solutions, said First Industrial Realty Trust, a provider of industrial real estate, would be a preferred source for Ryder’s clients who want to expand their distribution and warehousing operations.
The deal allows First Industrial to sell real estate to a broader logistics market, and gives Ryder leeway to find space for customers as part of Ryder’s supply chain solutions.
First Industrial does not have any financial stake in Ryder, said Mike Daly, a spokesman for First Industrial.
