CSAV Norasia to switch Belgian calls on Asia Europe Middle East service

Hong Kong-based CSAV Norasia will add calls at Antwerp on its weekly Asia Europe Middle East (AME) service, replacing calls at Zeebrugge.

The last vessel to call Zeebrugge will be the “Cholguan” on April 28, while the first vessel to call Antwerp will be “Limari” on May 5.

“The new port change aims to provide better services to suit more demanding customer needs, while offering better transit times and intermodal options,” CSAV Norasia said.

The AME service uses eight ships of about 4,500 TEUs and will have a revised port rotation of: Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Yantian, Port Kelang, Le Havre, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Felixstowe, Jeddah, Port Kelang, and back to Qingdao.

CSAV Norasia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chilean carrier Cia Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV).
