EIDSVIK, MCGUIGAN APPOINTED TO PRINCE RUPERT PORT BOARD
The Prince Rupert Port Authority has named Odd Eidsvik and David McGuigan to its board of directors.
Eidsvik, who was nominated by the port user group, is a principal of Eidsvik and Associates, an accounting firm with operations in Prince Rupert and Richmond, British Columbia.
McGuigan was nominated by the City of Prince Rupert and the District of Port Edward. He’s a principal of D.K. McGuigan and Associates, a management consulting firm in Prince Rupert.
Prince Rupert is the second largest deep-sea port on the Canadian West Coast. The port handles mostly bulk grain, coal, forest products, and specialty grain. The port is serviced by Canadian National Railways.
