RUTTLEY APPOINTED PARTNER OF CLYDE & CO.
Philip Ruttley, a senior European maritime competition lawyer, will join U.K.-based global law firm Clyde & Co. as a partner on Jan. 1.
He will head a new European Community and World Trade Organization law group at the firm.
Ruttley has been a partner of Rowe & Maw, a law firm based in London.
