UPS OPENS 11 LOGISTICS CENTERS IN LATIN AMERICA
UPS Logistics Group, a subsidiary of United Parcel Service, has opened 11 new in-country logistics centers in Latin America.
The facilities are located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
UPS Logistics Group now manages international shipments though 70 inventory stocking locations in Latin America, often making one-to-four hour delivery windows, said Mike Arias, managing director for Latin America.
