Wallenius Wilhelmsen, owner of the car carrier 'Tricolor,' which sank in the English Channel on Dec. 14, said Friday that it would release a “program for salvage of the vessel” at a press briefing in London on Feb. 20.

“The vessel has not been moved and still lies on her side, partially visible,” Wilhelmsen said in a statement

Since it sank, 'and despite navigational warning measures, at least four vessels have collided with her, and some pollution has resulted,” the statement noted.
