OT AFRICA LINE EXPANDS REEFER FLEET
OT Africa Line has added 40-foot and 40-foot high-cube refrigerated containers to its fleet, citing a rising demand for specialty containers in the West Africa trade.
The new reefers are made from muffler-grade stainless steel and equipped with diesel-powered gensets, which enable refrigeration to be maintained on overland transport and when no shipboard or quayside electricity supply is available.
OTAL, which operates roll-on/roll-off and container vessels, delivers cargo to inland destinations such as Burkina Faso, the Central African Republic, Chad, Mali and Niger.
