BRANCHE IS PROMOTED MANAGING DIRECTOR OF GEODIS
Pierre Blayau, the new chairman of Geodis, the French trucking and logistics group, has appointed Fran'ois Branche as managing director of the group.
Branche was the director of Geodis’s distribution and groupage division.
In close conjunction with division directors and the principal operations managers, Branche will present the potential adjustments concerning group organization to Blayau by the end of March, the company said.
Geodis had annual revenues of 22.4 French francs ($3.2 billion) in 2000 and 25 000 employees.
