HART TO LEAVE MARAD FOR 90 DAYS TO HEAD NEW AGENCY

Maritime Administrator Clyde Hart will leave his post for 90 days to temporarily head up the Motor Carrier Safety Administration, a new agency within the Department of Transportation.
