APL DIRECT LOGISTICS APPOINTS SALES EXECUTIVES
APL Direct Logistics, the Internet fulfillment arm of APL Logistics, has appointed three sales vice presidents responsible for U.S. national accounts.
Scot Lindsay will be responsible for APL Direct Logistics’ sales efforts on the West Coast. With 13 years in freight transportation, Lindsay was a former assistant vice president of sales at P&O Nedlloyd.
Mark Ochoa will lead the Midwest sales efforts for APL Direct Logistics. He has 16 years of sales experience with companies like FedEx Corp., McDonald’s Corp. and Brigade, Inc.
David Munafo will be responsible for sales in the Northeast. At FedEx, he designed and implemented domestic and international transportation plans for some of their largest accounts, including General Electric Co., Siemens AG and Philips Electronics NV. He has also worked in the expedited delivery and e-commerce fulfillment businesses with Quick International Courier and Keystone Internet Services.
APL Direct Logistics provides logistics and supply-chain management services to the e-commerce and direct sales industries, including transportation management, Internet order management and return of goods.
