Inchcape receives agency tender from Maersk Tankers
Maersk Tankers has awarded a new global hub agency agreement to Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), a marine management company, continuing a relationship with Inchcape that began in September, 1998.
The new three-year pact covers all gas and tanker vessels 'within the pools Maersk operates,' Inchcape said in a statement. During the contract, Inchcape expects to make more than 10,000 port calls for Maersk Tankers.
Inchcape has tanker-sector partnerships with ExxonMobil, Exmar, Copenhagen Tankers, Torm, and most recently, Statoil ASA Norway.
