EXPEDITORS NAMES SABER EXECUTIVE VP
Expeditors International of Washington, the U.S. based forwarder, has named Rommel C. Saber executive vice president in charge of the company’s Europe, Africa and near-Mideast business.
Saber was senior vice president of the near-Mideast region for Expeditors. He takes on the added responsibility of Europe and Africa following the retirement of Michael R. Claydon.
Saber joined Expeditors in 1990. He has 22 years of global logistics management experience. In addition to developing Expeditors' operations in the Mideast region, he has served as a senior vice president of sales and marketing and head of air operations.
