Los Angeles, Long Beach port congestion continues
Wait times for vessels to unload at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach have shortened in recent days, but a lack of available longshoremen continues to cause congestion, according to FedEx Trade Networks.
As of Friday, there were 37 containerships in port, nine of which were forced to wait at anchor, the logistics service provider said in a customer bulletin.
