P.A.M. FINALIZES DEAL FOR MCNEIL
Truckload carrier P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. said it has completed the acquisition of McNeill Trucking Inc. and will operate it as McNeill Express Inc.
McNeil is based in Little Rock, Ark., and P.A.M. is based in Tontitown, Ark.
Company officials said the move would reduce the need to outsource maintenance in the Little Rock area as trucks could use McNeil repair facilities.
