COMMERCE ONE REORGANIZES INTO HOLDING COMPANY
Commerce One Inc. has completed its reorganization into a holding company structure. Stockholder approved the reorganization by a majority vote. The move was completed under the terms of agreement with Ford Motor Co., General Motors and DaimlerChrysler AG.
Stockholders of Commerce One received one share of New Commerce One Holdings Inc. common stock for each share of Commerce One Inc. common stock.
