LIENS PLACED AGAINST DI GREGORIO CONTAINERS

   Container lessors have moved to seize containers used by Di Gregorio, the
Brazilian carrier that suspended its U.S./South America service last week.

   U.S. marshals have taken possession of containers at Miami, Savannah,
Norfolk and New York/New Jersey to enforce liens filed by container lessors.

   Di Gregorio charters space on a U.S. East Coast/East Coast of South
America service operated by Zim and Pan American Independent, but does not operate its own
vessels on the service.
