NEW 5,500-TEU “K” LINE SHIP IS NAMED
A new 5,500-TEU containership to be operated by “K” Line has been named the “Tsing Ma Bridge” at the Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard in South Korea.
The ship, the sixth of seven ordered by Osaka Asahi Kaiun, of Japan, is 284.6 meters long, 40 meters wide, 24.4 meters deep, and has a speed of 28 knots.
