Levi Strauss selects BAX Global to manage Europe imports
Levi Strauss & Co, maker of Levis and Dockers brands of casual wear, has awarded BAX Global Inc. a contract to manage the imports of fashion lines from vendors across Asia Pacific, the Indian subcontinent and Africa into Europe, by providing expedited air freight services.
Irvine, Calif.-based BAX Global will manage the inbound flow of apparel from its customer service center in Brussels.
Recently, security firm The Brink’s Co. agreed to sell BAX Global to German state-owned rail operator Deutsche Bahn AG for about $1.1 billion in cash.
