CN, CAW truck operators ratify new labor agreement
The Canadian National Railway Co. and the owner/operator truck drivers represented by the Canadian Auto Workers union ratified a new collective agreement on March 26.
The agreement, retroactive to Jan. 1, covers about 380 drivers. These owner/operators provide local trucking services for CN’s large intermodal terminals in Canada.
