CONTERM BEGINS DIRECT SERVICE TO HO CHI MINH CITY
Conterm Consolidation Services, a neutral non-vessel-operating common carrier subsidiary of NACA Logistics Group, has started a direct less-than-container-load service to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam this week.
“Transit times for the direct service are considerably faster than other transshipment services available to Ho Chi Minh City from North America,” Conterm said.
From Los Angeles, the transit time to Ho Chi Minh is 26 days. Scheduled services from Conterm’s 30 container freight stations and door pick-up services throughout North America are expected to result in transit time improvements of six to nine days, the company said.
