ITC releases supplement to 2004 HTS
The U.S. International Trade Commission has released its supplement to the 2004 Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
The supplement, effective July 1, reflects amendments to the HTS that have occurred since the publication of the 2004 HTS in January. The supplement also includes changes identified in the Federal Register, recent revisions to the Generalized System of Preferences, and the implementation of the Chile and Singapore free trade agreements.
Information about ordering printed or CD-ROM copies of the 2004 HTS should be sent to the Government Printing Office at http://bookstore.gpo.gov. The ITC said the printing of the supplement will take a few weeks.
