The agency also received applications for a change to qualifying individual from IAL Container Line (USA), South Plainfield, N.J. (Peter George, president); and T.V.L. Global Logistics, Flushing, N.Y. (Tony Lu, vice president); and name change from Payless Overseas Shipping, New Caney, Texas (Khaldoon Barakat, chief executive officer).

Persons knowing of any reason why an applicant should not receive an OTI license or amendment are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington at (202) 523-5843.
