EMERY WORLDWIDE OPENS VALENCIA, SPAIN SERVICE CENTER
Emery Worldwide, the heavyweight air and ocean transportation subsidiary of CNF Inc., has opened a service center in Valencia, Spain.
Robert Zwingmann has been named general manager of the 1,050-square-meter Valencia center. He has more than 14 years experience in the forwarding and transportation industry. He joined Emery in August 1999, serving in several posts, including route development manager.
Emery has operated an automotive customer service department in Valencia for the past 12 years, to support its pan-European logistics and distribution contracts in the automotive industry. The company began operating in Spain in 1972 and has several offices throughout the country.
