Hanjin Shipping to start U.S. West Coast/Mexico/Guatemala feeder
Hanjin Shipping said today it is starting a weekly feeder service linking the U.S. West Coast, Mexico and Guatemala in early August.
The “West Coast-Mexico-Guatemala Service-MGS” will connect the new regions with the Korean carriers’ existing transpacific services, Hanjin said.
The “MGS” service will deploy two 1,118 TEU class vessels with 220 reefer plugs calling Long Beach, Calif.; Manzanillo, Mexico; Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala; Manzanillo, Mexico; Ensenada, Mexico and back to Long Beach.
