DORSEY NAMED PRESIDENT OF MLA
William E. Dorsey III has been elected president of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
Dorsey began his career with the Baltimore law firm Semmes, Brown & Semmes in 1962 and was its chairman from 1987 to 1991.
He has held a number of offices with the Maritime Law Association, which has a membership of about 3,500 lawyers, professors, judges and laymen.
