PACER NAMES RENNARD, EX-FORD LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE, TO BOARD
Pacer International, a non-asset-based North American freight transportation provider, has appointed Robert S. Rennard to the company’s board of directors.
Rennard retired from Ford Motor Co. in 1996 as director of worldwide logistics and distribution.
Don Orris, chairman and chief executive officer of Pacer International, also announced the appointment of John P. Tague to Pacer’s board, and the retirement of Timothy J. Rhein as a company director.
Tague most recently was chief executive officer and president of ATA Holdings Corp., parent company of American Trans Air, Inc.
Rhein was a former chief executive of APL Ltd.
