EC approves Nedlloyd’s buyout of P&O Nedlloyd
The European Commission has cleared the buyout of P&O by Royal Nedlloyd N.V. from their joint venture P&O Nedlloyd, and allowed the ending of the company’s structure as a joint venture.
The European Commission said it did not identify any anticompetitive consequences stemming from this transaction in the market for container liner shipping services.
