RUSSOMANO PICKED TO HEAD U.S. CUSTOMS’ SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
U.S. Customs has appointed Gerard Russomano to director of the software
development division.
Russomano will be responsible for the agency’s application projects in
the Automated Commercial System and other administrative systems. He will
also be involved in the development of Customs’ future umbrella system, the
Automated Commercial Environment.
Prior to Customs, Russomano held various management positions in systems
development at the Defense Department and Education Department.
