ITC ACCEPTING COMMENTS FOR 2001 ATPA REPORT ON ECONOMY

The International Trade Commission is seeking public comments to add to its 2001 report on the Andean Trade Preference Act.

The document will be similar to its previous reports in the series, and will also analyze the impact of ATPA on U.S. industries and drug crop eradication. The commission does not plan to hold a public hearing in connection with this report, but it will instead accept comment from industry.

Commercial or financial information that parties wish to be kept confidential must be admitted on separate papers clearly marked “Confidential Business Information” at the top.
