The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Giovanni Express Shipping, Lawrence, Mass. (Giovanni E Mejia, manager); and Rapi Embarque, Bronx, N.Y. (Adelso D. Ruben, president).
The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Aplus Freight Forwarding, Miami (Marcos Barreto, member); Assetco Freight Brokers, Medley, Fla. (Luis Lopez, president); and Latam Cargo USA, Miami (Rosamarina Silva, authorized member).
In addition, the FMC received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Embassy Freight International, Atlanta (Robert C. Shaver, manager); Suncargo, National City, Calif. (Proserfina Demonteverde, president); and Wilk Forwarding Co., Jacksonville, Fla. (John J. Wilk, president).
