BXA ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON EXPORT REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES TO MEET
The U.S. Commerce Department’s Export Administration will host a “partially closed” meeting with the Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee on March 7 in Washington to review the status of the Export Administration Regulations.
The open part of the meeting, which starts at 9 a.m., includes presentation of papers and comments from the industry; updates of pending regulations; discussion of the “deemed export rule;” and an update on Export Administration initiatives.
The closed session will cover classified issues that impact the U.S. export control program and strategy.
