Conexus expands in Laredo

Conexus, a third-party logistics services provider based in Tulsa, Okla., has relocated its Laredo, Texas operation to a larger facility within the same city.
The company first started operations in Laredo in 2006.
The new office is nearly triple the size of the previous location and sits on a 15 acre campus that includes a cargo protection facility capable of storing up to 200 trailers. At the new location, Conexus will be able to handle upwards of 50 transloads a day.
“The new facility will aid us in our continued growth and we will be able to service more customers in a much more efficient way,” said Patty Hinojosa, director of logistics, in a statement. “We have worked incredibly hard to grow Conexus to this point and we truly earned the new building.”
Conexus, formerly Melton Logistics, offers truckload, less-than-truckload, temperature controlled, flatbed, over-dimensional, intermodal, expedited ground and air and specialized freight services across all North American borders. The company has been in business since 2003.
