DRESSER TAKES ON U.S. BANK’s POWERTRACK

DRESSER TAKES ON U.S. BANKÆS POWERTRACK

U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Services will begin to process freight payments for Dresser, Inc. through its automated business-to-business payment service.

Dresser, a Dallas-based manufacturer of equipment for the energy industry, chose U.S. Bank’s PowerTrack system to help streamline its freight payment processes and to centralize the payment process within the company.

“PowerTrack makes the payment process more efficient and allows both buyers and sellers, who are also PowerTrack customers, to see the logistics and financial data online, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week,” U.S. Bank said.

PowerTrack and its electronic bill presentment and payment tools also give financial control to Dresser’s transportation providers. “Completely electronic payment processes enable invoice payments within three business days after service completion, providing much improved cash flow for carriers,” U.S. Bank said.
