ZIM, MATSON SWITCH MARINE TERMINALS IN LONG BEACH
Zim Israel Navigation Co., which currently calls at the Pier C terminal in the port of Long Beach, will move to Pier A early next year, while Matson Navigation will switch from its terminal in Los Angeles to the Pier C facility in Long Beach.
The changes follow the recent transfer of Mediterranean Shipping to Pier A in Long Beach, and the earlier transfer of Hanjin Shipping from the Pier A facility to the new 375-acre dedicated container terminal at Pier T, also in the port of Long Beach.
