LUFTHANSA UNITS COOPERATE ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Lufthansa Cargo and Lufthansa Systems AS have agreed to closely cooperate on information technology in a joint venture named AS Logistics.
The joint venture has been Lufthansa Cargo's exclusive supplier of IT services since August. AS Logistics is also licensed to market all Lufthansa Cargo IT services.
AS Logistics will operate as a separate business area within the Lufthansa Systems AS company.
