Zim takes space on Pacific Northwest service
Zim Integrated Shipping Services is adding a weekly Asia/Pacific Northwest container service by taking space on the “ANW2” service operated by China Shipping Container Lines.
A spokesman for Zim said this was part of the collaboration with China Shipping. Zim and the Chinese carrier exchange space between multiple services in the transpacific and Asia/Mediterranean/northern Europe trades.
Zim will market the service under the name “Asia North Pacific.” It has a port rotation of: Lianyungang; Ningbo; Shanghai; Yantian; Hong Kong; Seattle; Vancouver, B.C.; Lianyungang; Ningbo; Shanghai; Yantian; and Hong Kong.
